F. Zaria Chinelo, Pharm.D., Founder & Chief Executive Officer

F. Zaria Chinelo is a pharmacist, artist, scientist, and entrepreneur. She possesses 6+ years experience in teaching education, and web development. Zaria holds dual degrees in Molecular Biology and General Chemistry. After being hired by Vanderbilt University, she led urban students to academic success before starting Felicity Motivational Group. Vladmire Herard, M.S., Chief Communications Officer

A print journalist for 21 years, Vladimire Herard freelanced for the National Senior Living Providers Network, (nslpn.com), the Guidance Channel and Longtermcare.com. Under CD Publications, Ms. Herard wrote about senior health, substance abuse prevention, and elderly housing. Under Inside Washington Publishers, she covered health care financing for Inside HCFA and food and product safety issues for FDAWeek. Ms. Herard also covered education, crime, and county affairs for daily newspapers such as the Chicago Defender. She currently resides in Chicago.

Alexandrya Ross, M.S. Chief Operations Officer

Alexandrya Ross serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for BlackSpeaks. Ross brings years of expertise in business leadership and management to BlackSpeaks and works with F. Zaria Chinelo to fulfill the organization’s objectives. Ross will assume responsibility for the organization’s daily operations and management. She comes to BlackSpeaks from Greenish Foods, an online food preparation and catering company in Nashville, Tenn. Ross holds a master’s degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University in Tennessee.

Felicity Udoji, Pharm.D., M.S., Senior Adviser

Felicity Udoji is a pharmacist, scientist, and former educator with the Metropolitan Nashville School System. After teaching chemistry at magnet schools, she obtained her Pharm.D. from Samford University in 1998. Prior to Felicity Motivational Group/PharmPsych, she held various pharmaceutical management positions with Kroger, Wal-Mart, and CVS. She resides in Brentwood, Tennessee with her 5 children.
